Information on Auditions for "The Nutcracker"

The Festival Ballet of North Central Texas will hold Open Auditions for area dancers to perform in The Nutcracker on September 11, 2010 at the Denton Ballet Academy located at the corner of Teasley & Londonderry in Denton. 

Audition forms MUST be completed online prior to arriving at the audition, and brought with you to the audition.  A link to the Audition Forms is posted on the main page of this website.   

Parent Meetings will be held while dancers are in their audition.  Please plan to stay and attend a Parent Meeting to get the most up to date information about this year's production.

Audition Times

11:00 - 12:30 – Girls 13 and up, Minimum of Two Years Pointe

11:00 - 12:30 - Boys 13 & up

12:30 - 1:00 – Girls 5-6 year olds

1:00 - 1:30 – Girls 7-9 year olds

1:30 - 2:00 - Girls 10 - 12

2:00 - 2:30 - Boys 5 - 12 years old

2:30 - 3:00 - Gymnasts

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your audition time in order to get measured and receive your audition number.
